Cancellation Policy
Ad cancellations must be received in writing 30 days prior to the next issue’s schedule. If payment happened prior to cancellation, cancelled ads must be rebooked on cancellation and run within 12 months of the cancelled ad date. We do not offer refunds at this time.

$35 returned cheque fee & 20% Automatic Late Fee

Advertiser warrants that it will have obtained all necessary rights to any materials it supplies to The Villager Magazine prior to providing them and that it will indemnify and hold harmless The Villager Magazine, its directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any action brought against them due to the advertiser’s use of such material.
Advertiser will pay all costs of obtaining additional rights and will not use the materials on a broader basis until the necessary rights have been obtained.
Supplied Artwork
Ads must fit The Villager Magazine ad dimensions and supplied in CMYK at minimum of 300 dpi/ppi. Acceptable formats: .pdf or .jpg
Advertiser agrees that The Villager Magazine has the right to reject artwork:
- If editors determine that the advertising is inconsistent with their understanding of the community’s objectives, values or image or the aesthetics standards of The Villager Magazine.
- If advertiser fails to meet deadlines for space reservation, ad revisions & approvals or new advertising.
