Timothy is a self-taught ethical Fine Art Photographer living in Orillia. His mantra “Show Me How You See, Not What You Saw” has driven Timothy’s photography since the age of 14 when he received his first camera. Experiencing firsthand the natural world at home and through international travel left a strong impression on a young photographer and instilled the desire to capture the world around him.
Timothy received his first award for his photography at the age of 17. At age 20, Timothy started working as a photojournalist for several newspapers in southern Ontario with his work being published in magazines, corporate, news agencies, education and sports over the last 40 years.

Timothy’s knowledge of the natural world with years of photography experience allows him to capture an eclectic variety of subjects, including natural vistas, wildlife, abstracts, architecture, nature and nighttime images with skill and passion.
His images are well thought out and capture an amazing amount of detail, mood and sense of wonder. He has an enthusiastic and infectious sense of humour, embracing the field work, teaching, selling and social aspects his photography offers.
