Community can include all different people, places, and things happening simultaneously, interacting and working among each other.

Inspired by my Catalpa (Bean) tree in North York, Ontario (2019), “Community” explores the shared energy of trees in relationship. The work reflects the powerful presence of this magnificent tree, whose vitality seemed to radiate love and joy. In the painting, that energy flows through a connected grove – alive, circulating, and accessible to all.
